Michal is an Economics Bachelor’s degree and Sociology Master’S degree graduate, both at Masaryk University in Brno. His studies were focused on the area of Urban planning and Urban management.

Currently he works as a social worker in a non-profit organization IQ Roma Service supporting people living on the edge of social exclusion. His also is a correspondence course student of one of Brno's private photography schools. Michal has had several exhibitions depicting living conditions of immigrants on the Hungarian-Serbian border.
