He graduated in political science, economics and sociology. Besides Brno (Masaryk University), he studied and and worked in Bordeaux (Institut d'Études Politiques), Graz (Karl-Franzens-Universität) or Brussels (European Trade Union Institute). His research interest follows three lines: he deals with the relationship between changes in the labour process and organizations, the consequences of changes in employment relations and the collective association of workers, emphasizing their interconnection. He currently works as a postdoctoral researcher at the Dipartimento di Scienze sociali e politiche at the University of Milan, where he works within the ERC Starting Grant project SHARE - Seizing the Hybrid Areas of Work by Re-presenting Self-Employment.
